Mutton keema- 500 gms
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Chilly paste- 1 tsp
Papaya paste- 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Chilly powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric- 1/8 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs Dry- 1 tbsp
Wash keema well with plain water, drain water totally. Apply basic marination and refrigerate overnight.
Keep on sieve. Now add all ingredients to keema. Refrigerate for 3-4 hrs. Remove,add bread crumbs and mix well.
Apply oil on skewers and put keema over it. grill for 6-7 minutes.
