CAULIFLOWER LOLLIPOP

Cauliflower 250 gms
Schezwan sauce 4 tbsp (approx)
Corainder leaves -1 tbsp
maida 4 tbsp
cornflour 2 tbsp
colour
water

Blanch cauliflower for 2-3 minutes and cool under running water. Mix well schezwan sauce, coriander leaves, maida,cornflour, colour & little water in it. Deep fry and serve hot with schezwan sauce.
