SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES

Cucumber 1 no
Capsicum 1 no
Onion 1 no
Tomatoes 2 nos
Carrots 1 no
French Beans 5-6 nos
Cauliflower (florets) 5-6 nos
Cabbage (dices) 5-6 nos
Green peas 15-20 nos
Pineapple 2 slices
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Sweet and sour sauce 2 cups
Salt, pepper to taste
Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp
Red colour
cornflour
Spring onion talk

blanch carrot , beans , cauliflower , peas for a minute and cool under running water. heat oil and butter in a pan. Saute onion., capsicum, garlic and then cabbage for a minute. Then add boiled vegetables, the seasonings. saute for 2 minutes, Then add sweet & sour sauce, spring onions, colour and cornflour for the thickening. Cook for a minute and serve hot garnished with spring onions.
