KHATTE MEETHE KUBES

250 gms boneless fish pieces cut into fingers or cubes

Ingredients for kadai fish :  1tsp ginger garlic paste, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1tsp vinegar (optional), 1/2 egg beaten, 2 tbsp cornflour. Marinate the fish for 1/2 hour and then fry it.

Ingredients for kadai masala: 1 capsicum, onion and tomato each cubed.

Part 1: Marinate the cubed vegetables in 1/2  tsp of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and apinch of sugar. Leave for 15 mins and then stir fry.

Part 2: 1 sliced onion, 1 tsp of garlic chopped, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 tsp of green chillies chopped, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1tbsp of oil and butter each.

Heat oil & butter, Fry garlic, sesame seeds & onion. Add seasoning. Add in tomato ketchup. Toss in fried fish & stir fried vegetables.
