GOLDEN FRIED PRAWNS

15 big prawns cleaned and de-veined.
!/2 cup maida, 1/8 cup rawa, 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp each salt & chilly powder, 1/4 tsp ajiniomoto, a pinch of kesari colour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup water. Make the mixture (little thick) & let it stand for 20 minutes.
Marinate the prawns in the above mixture for half an hour.
Heat oil. Deep fry the prawns and serve hot.
