CHILLI MILLI KABAB

Potatoes- 4 nos
Kaju- 2 tbsp
Maida- 1 tbsp
Cornflour- 1 tbsp
Green chilli- 1 nos
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Char magaz- 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp approc
Salt to taste

chop kaju fine. boil and mash potatoes and all ingredients. Add all seasonings and shape the kababs triangular. roll kababs in dry cornflour and deep fry.
